Phil Landers, Founder of LAND, has turned a no-good sugar addiction into a successful chocolate company with soul.

 

Based in an old furniture maker’s workshop in Bethnal Green, Phil works on a range of single origin bars using complex beans found on numerous excursions to Central America.

 

LAND focuses on simplicity and precision, yet creates intriguing flavours – their Nicaliso Dark bar is full of black olive and strong citrus flavours whilst their Malt Dark bar has an intense aroma of coffee balanced perfectly with the sweetness of malt barley.
